As we are sure you will be and want you to be, happy with your purchase , if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product ,providing they are still in their original condition and packaging and have not been worn or altered In any way, shape or form. Please remember any garment worn or garments with missing labels, cannot be exchanged. Items bought on Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow are eligible for return within 30 days from the date on the invoice. Certain sale products bought will not be eligible for return.This policy forms part of Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow Terms and Conditions
Any garments returned without the original labelling on will not be exchanged and the return cost of the garment to the customer will be for their account.
All online returns must be processed on Returns Prime directly on our website. Once you have logged the online return, include a copy of the return processed or a copy of the original invoice in the box with the returned items. No items will be exchanged without the online return being processed.
Returned items will not be exchanged if they are received by Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow later than 30 days from the date on invoice.
Any garment queries / faults which are due to a clear oversight on behalf of Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow, will be exchanged and all costs will be for Imagemakers. If Imagemakers is by any chance out of stock of an item being requested due to an exchange, Imagemakers will refund the customer in full to the value of the returned item only.
Shipping costs for sending back these items; will be for the customer’s account. We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, traceable service. Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement items to the customer, providing they are in stock and shipping was charged on the original invoice. If Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow is by any chance out of stock of replacement item, you will be refunded or issued with a gift card to place a new order. Garments to be changed for a different size and colour will only be done providing the value of the item does not change in anyway.

We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, traceable service If the customer would like to exchange an item for a different style, as there is a price difference, the customer’s account will be credited with the amount for the garment returned and a full refund to the value of the returned garment will be processed to customers account. Your refund will be given against the original payment credit card, debit card used to purchase the product or deposited into the bank account in the case of an Electronic Funds Transfer within 5 working days. Please note that Delivery will not be credited or refunded, as this service has already been provided to the customer.
Please note: Imagemakers (Pty) Ltd Trading as ImNow cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, failure to follow garment care instructions, or excessive wear and tear. All garments are manufactured by Imagemakers, as a result, please note that commercially acceptable variations in colour may occur due to slight differences in fabric from different deliveries.
Same styles manufactured in different quality fabrics can feel slightly different in fit, although the exact same pattern is used, electronically cut and garments manufactured at the same time. These differences should not warrant size exchanges.
