Our head office and admin office is in Salt River, Cape Town. We have a warehouse in Lansdowne, Cape Town this is where your order is packed and dispatched.

We are an online store, we do not have a physical store.

Items must still be in their original condition and packaging and items should not been worn or altered In any way, shape or form.

Certain sale products bought will not be eligible for return.

We will also not process any returns and exchanges if they have not been requested on Return X.

4. Select the items that you would like to return.
5. Select the replacement sizes from the stock we have available.
6. If you do not find what you requested available in stock, we will issue a gift card to the value of your return which can be used online to purchase anything else.
7. If you would like a refund, select the refund option available online and we will refund the value to you once the items are processed.
8. Please include a copy of the return processed in the package of the items being returned.
9. Returns are processed on a Tuesday, please allow for 24/48 hours for processing once the items are received.
10. Refunds are processed every Thursday and refunded to the card used to process the original transaction or alternatively via eft.
