In addition to Imagemakers terms and conditions, the conditions bellow apply to authorised Imagemakers resellers.
Only applications from registered companies, where the nature of the business is listed as promotional, event management, advertising, embroider or independent retailer will be considered.
Successful applicants will be notified by Imagemakers.
A discount percentage of will be allocated to successful applicant accounts starting at 3%. Imagemakers reserves the right to withdraw or revise the allocated discount at any time without notice.
We have three tiers for the discount percentage bases on your spend.
Resellers are required to incur a minimum spend of R80 000.00 (Excluding VAT and Delivery) in a calendar year, to maintain their reselling status. Imagemakers reserves the right to withdraw or revise the minimum spend at any time without notice.
Discounts allowed to authorized resellers are solely for purchases from our Online Store. Such purchases can only be made via the Online Store accessed www.imnow.co.za. Any orders placed from our production division will be at full price.
Authorised resellers are not permitted to resell garments which are made specifically to orders.
Authorised resellers may only resell items purchased from our online store.
Imagemakers is NOT a trade only supplier. Individuals and businesses whether situate in South Africa or not, are entitled to purchase goods directly from Imagemakers. Accordingly, an Imagemakers re-seller acknowledges that it is aware thereof and that it can have no cause for complaint in the event that its prospective customer has purchased goods either direct from Imagemakers or from any other source. In particular, an Imagemakers re-seller has no exclusive right to sell Imagemakers goods whether in a particular territory (area) or for a particular period of time or for any other reason whatsoever.
As stipulated in our returns policy, garments cannot be returned if they are not in their original state and packaging. Branded garments cannot be returned.
Imagemakers does not have a sample policy. Any garments required for sample will need to be purchased directly from the Online Store.
Imagemakers cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines caused by courier delays or error. Please always allow 3 – 4 working days to major centres for courier services and longer for outlying areas.
Although Imagemakers endeavours to hold stock in all items at all times, Imagemakers cannot be held responsible for losses suffered as a result of stock not being available.
In addition to our returns policy garments cannot be returned for credit if those garments have been discontinued from our range.
Trader discounts do not apply to sales items.
Imagemakers terms and conditions may be revised from time to time and are not limited to those stated herein.
